You Are Not Alone - Counselling Group (Session 3 of 6)

Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 6:00pm - 8:00pm

A 6 session counselling group for all genders who are survivors of childhood sexual assault, age 30+, living, working, or attending school in Hamilton. Participants must be available for all 6 sessions.

The group will involve using the 'Courage to Heal Workbook'. Please note: this workbook does use gendered language (she/her), however this group is open to all genders.

So Where Do We Go From Here?

Over the past few months, we have seen a tremen­dous flood of online mes­sages of sup­port for sur­vivors in Hamil­ton. These shared expe­ri­ences have touched our com­mu­ni­ties in some sig­nif­i­cant ways, which have prompt­ed many peo­ple to ques­tion their own roles in and expe­ri­ences of these events, with many open­ly voic­ing their strug­gles with feel­ing com­plic­it, unaware, and uncertain.
