You Are Not Alone Counselling Group (Session 3 of 6)

• Coun­selling group for women* who are child­hood sex­u­al abuse sur­vivors, age 16+, liv­ing, work­ing, or going to school in the Hamil­ton area
• 6 ses­sions via zoom from 6:00pm‑8:00pm Thursday’s start­ing May 26^th 2022 until June 30^th 2022. Please be avail­able for all ses­sions in order to main­tain con­sis­ten­cy in the group
• Group will involve using the ​‘Courage to Heal’ book (pages pro­vid­ed) as a ref­er­ence and resource dur­ing sessions
• Email amy@​sacha.​ca by May 13^th for an intake appoint­ment. There is lim­it­ed avail­abil­i­ty and you must com­plete an intake in order to reserve your spot in the group 

*This group uti­lizes the ​‘Courage to Heal’ book that speaks to wom­en’s expe­ri­ences of heal­ing but is open to all women and trans peo­ple who feel com­fort­able par­tic­i­pat­ing with that lens in mind
