Navigating Intimate Partnerships Counselling Group (Session 1 of 8)

This is a coun­selling group for sur­vivors of all gen­ders age 18+ who have expe­ri­enced sex­u­al vio­lence in the past and are now look­ing to learn about nav­i­gat­ing cur­rent and future inti­mate part­ner­ships. This will include under­stand­ing the impacts of trau­ma, defin­ing bound­aries, reclaim­ing inti­ma­cy, nav­i­gat­ing con­flict and more. This group will run vir­tu­al­ly via Zoom for 8 weeks on Thurs­days from 7:00 – 9:00pm start­ing on Octo­ber 13^th. For this group par­tic­i­pants can cur­rent­ly be in a partnership(s) or not but any cur­rent part­ner­ships can­not include domes­tic or sex­u­al vio­lence.
