The Gasworks is a wheelchair accessible venue. The Empowerment Workshops will be taking place upstairs which can be accessed via stairs or elevator. There will be all-gender washroom options available. Free parking is available at the back of the venue.
We will provide snack food including pastries, veggies and dip, fruit etc. and coffee, tea, juice, and water. If you have dietary needs please let us know when you register.
At our open wardrobe we will have mainly formal clothing in masc, femme, and androgynous styles but please wear whatever makes you feel your best. We also will ensure size variety and you can let us know your size when you register to make sure we have good options for you.
During The Gala we will have a quiet space available upstairs (accessed via stairs or elevator) where folks can colour, chat quietly, rest, and get support if needed.
Masks covering the nose and mouth are required when not sitting at a table eating or drinking. Performers may not be wearing masks while on stage and so we ask that folks do not crowd the area. Masks will be provided at the event.
